The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign channel package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens on the sunny side.

The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave-oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. 

The villa has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a flat screen TV with foreign channel package. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. In the hall you will find a separate guest toilet.

 If you open the garden doors in the living room to the extra-large terrace with glass windshield, you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large design picnic table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear. Because of its location on the south you will always find a lovely place in the sun. 

The holiday villa has a storage room with, among other things, a washing machine and dryer. There is parking for two cars per villa.
This villa is equipped with an electric charging station*, die nur mit einem Pass und gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden kann. 

There is a cot and a high chair in every villa. 

Pets are not allowed in this holiday villa.

*To use the charging station, you need to use a charging card. You can borrow a charging card from the reception for a fee (please note, subject to availability).
