The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape and the water features. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace.  

The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave/oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. 

The villa has three spacious bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has an open bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet. 

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, extra-large terrace you can enjoy the outdoors. You will find a large dining table and 4 comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear. Because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. 

The holiday villa has a storage room with, among other things, a washing machine and dryer. There is parking for two cars per villa.  
There is a cot and a high chair in every villa. 

Pets are not allowed in this holiday villa.
