Bungalow - Harbour Loft 3C | Résidence Marina

This luxury loft flat in Résidence Marina Kamperland is new to Ruiterplaat Vakanties! The combination of its location on the marina, the Veerse Meer lake and the North Sea beach make this luxurious and modern flat unique. The lively marina and the culinary oasis brasserie Blush, which is located within the complex, form the perfect base for a luxury holiday in Zeeland.

This penthouse is located on the third floor and can accommodate 4 people. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The master bedroom has its own toilet. Upon arrival, we make sure the beds are freshly made for you. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and double washbasin. There is a separate guest toilet in the hall.

From the hall, you walk to the spacious living room where you are immediately met by the breathtaking view of Kamperland's marina. The comfortable seating area is equipped with a Smart TV with foreign package. In the armchair by the window, you can relax with a good book or just chill out. From the living room you have access to the spacious south-facing balcony with comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the vast polder landscape until late in the evening.

The open kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. In the storage room, a washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and high chair are at your disposal. There is room for your (electric) bikes in the indoor storage room. Your pet is welcome in this penthouse.

On the car park of Résidence Marina and on the general car park of the marina there are two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car. The charging station can be used against payment by means of a charging card.
