The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens on the outside. 

The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave/oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two with flat screen TV with foreign package, and two luxurious bathrooms, one of which is ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are identically equipped with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet.

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and four comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear. Because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. During your stay in this villa you can use a beach house on the Banjaard beach for free. (available from mid-May to mid-September). 

The holiday villa has a storage room with, among other things, a washing machine and dryer. There is parking for two cars per villa. There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.

Pets are not allowed in this holiday villa.
