The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens on the outside. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. 

The villa has three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with single beds. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and is equipped with a Finnish sauna with floor-to-ceiling glass wall. After a long beach walk you can warm up in the sauna. Furthermore, this bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. There is also a waterfront terrace available. Here you can enjoy the sun on the water or admire the beautiful sunset in the evening.  

The holiday villa has an indoor storage room with a washing machine, dryer and a  fridge-freezer. 

Each villa comes with a cot and a highchair as standard, and as an extra service this villa also has a beachcart at your disposal. There is parking for two cars per villa. 

A pet is welcome in this holiday villa.
