With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality equipment. You will find here, among other things, a combi microwave/oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. There is no freezer available. 

Furthermore you will find in this house three spacious bedrooms and 1 luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet. 

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the lovely, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds.

The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear. The holiday villa has an indoor storage room with infrared sauna, where you can warm up after a long beach walk. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. There is parking for two cars per villa. 

There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.
