The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a combi microwave oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. 

The villa has three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have single beds and a television. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and is equipped with a Finnish sauna with floor-to-ceiling glass wall. After a long beach walk you can warm up in the sauna. Furthermore, this bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. 

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. There is also a waterfront terrace available. Here you can enjoy the sun on the water or admire the beautiful sunset in the evening. 

The holiday villa has an indoor storage room with a washing machine, dryer and a fridge-freezer.   

There is a cot and a high chair in every villa. 

There is parking for two cars per villa.

A small dog is allowed in this villa.

The location of the villa is very quiet and is not on a main road.
