Thatched vacation villa on small park just outside Den Burg

Entrance hall. In the hall by the front door is a checkroom and a separate toilet. From the bright and cozy living room with spacious lounge sofa you have a beautiful view over the farmlands of Texel. The living room has a Smart TV (Samsung) and a large dining table. The open kitchen, located at the front of the vacation villa, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas hob (5 burners), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a (filter) coffee machine. The washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. Through the open staircase you go to the second floor. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. In the master bedroom there are 2 éénpersoonsbedden and a sofa bed (suitable for children). In this bedroom there is a second TV (with Blueray player). The French doors give access to the balcony. In the other two bedrooms there are also 2 éénpersoonsbedden (can be pushed apart if desired). On the driveway of the vacation villa 2 cars can be parked. At the end of the driveway there is a small wooden shed. Through the French doors you enter the terrace and garden. The vacation villa is separated on the left and right side with conifer hedges (for your privacy), the front and back garden consists of grass, in the backyard is a spacious terrace with a garden table and chairs and parasol with two sunbeds. The garden borders a ditch.
