Enjoy a stay in this 8-person nature villa located on Nieuwlanderweg and on the edge of the Waalenburg nature reserve, the heart of Texel. The villa's design is inspired by the typical Texel sheep shed and offers sweeping views over the vast Waalenburg nature reserve on Texel. This is an absolutely top-class home with a unique and tasteful interior.

The spacious living room brings the tranquility of the Texel landscape indoors. Thanks to the enormous glass panels (equipped with sliding doors), the living room blends seamlessly into the large garden. Additionally, the generous living room features a seating area with a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV, and a music system. The open kitchen with a large kitchen island is fully equipped with various built-in appliances.

The basement offers two large bedrooms and one children's room with skylight windows. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower and a vanity unit. The other bedroom shares a bathroom with the wellness room. This bathroom also features a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower and a vanity unit. The wellness room, featuring a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna suitable for 6-8 people, is also located in the basement.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, both equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a vanity unit. One of these bathrooms is also equipped with a bathtub. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds and a smart TV.

A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as children's furniture, Wi-Fi, and extra German channels. Charging points for two electric cars and bicycles are provided. Underfloor heating and cooling ensure a pleasant temperature. The villa is accessible via stairs.

Upon check-in, you will receive a voucher for 1 bag of firewood and 1 bag of charcoal (or 2 bags of firewood) for use of the fireplace, hot tub, and/or BBQ. The voucher can be redeemed at the Total gas station in De Koog opposite the Jumbo; you can also purchase extra bags there.
