On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a staircase leading to the upper floor, a separate restroom, and the spacious living room with an open kitchen and a bright sunroom.

The living room features two spacious seating areas. During the day, the large windows offer views of the countryside. When the weather is nice, slide open the sliding doors to enjoy that wonderful indoor-outdoor feeling. In the cozy TV corner, you can relax in the evenings on the spacious corner sofa in front of the flat-screen TV.

The spacious open kitchen with a cooking island is fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances, such as an oven, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, juicer, toaster, and Nespresso machine. A place where cooking enthusiasts will quickly feel at home.

Upper Floor

There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor. Both bedrooms feature two single box-spring beds.

This villa is situated on a generous plot of private land. It features a spacious garden surrounding the house and a private terrace overlooking the meadows of Texel. Thanks to the villa’s central location, you can drive or bike across the island in no time.
