These 4/5-person vacation homes—83, 85, 87, and 89—are situated on the heath with a beautiful view of the meadows. It’s a place where you can hear the birds singing, see hares and rabbits running across the field, and watch the horses playing in the pasture. There are four vacation homes, but the one in the middle is not available for rent. A fifth person under the age of 12 is permitted as an additional guest.

Ground floor with fully equipped kitchen

Come enjoy this fully equipped vacation home at Landleven Texel park. The vacation home has a ground floor with an area of 55 m². Here you’ll find, among other things, the entryway with a restroom. From the entryway, you enter the cozy living room, which features digital cable TV, a radio, and a DVD/CD player for entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, Senseo coffee machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and citrus juicer.

Downstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it is a small bathroom with a shower and sink for freshening up.

Upper floor with walk-in shower

On the upper floor of the vacation home, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a wooden children’s bed. There is also a smaller bedroom with a 1.80-meter-long box-spring bed suitable for a child under 12 years of age. The beds are equipped with duvets. Renting bed linens is required. You must bring your own bed linens for the children’s bed. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and drying rack.

Comfortable Vacation Home at Landleven

The vacation home has central heating and underfloor heating to keep you warm even during the winter months. The entire house has tile flooring. The four attached vacation homes all have the same layout. For the children, a crib, high chair, and stair gate are provided. There’s also plenty to do at the park. There’s a small playground and a trampoline where the kids can have endless fun.

On the south side, there’s a terrace equipped with patio furniture and a parasol where you can enjoy the sun. Parking spaces are right outside the door. The vacation homes have their own fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection (100/100 Mbps); this wireless internet connection is free to use.

The central parking lot has two charging stations for electric cars (22 kW each).
