Ground floor with luxury kitchen

Enter this luxury villa through the hall, which includes a bathroom. Next you arrive in the lovely furnished living room where you can warm up by the wood burning stove after a long walk or a nice swim on the Texel beach. You’ll also find a flat screen TV, radio, DVD/CD player and tiled floors.

From the living room you will be directly in the open kitchen. Making a delicious meal is a lot easier with the fully equipped kitchen. Some kitchen facilities include: combi oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Senseo, toaster, citrus press and kettle.

On the ground floor you will find the first of the three bedrooms. The bedroom has laminate floors and 2 single box spring beds and a private TV.

For the housekeeping, you can find all the necessities in the villa’s utility room, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. You’ll also find a safe for your valuables.

Upper floor with Finnish sauna

Go to the top floor and enjoy a lovely Finnish sauna. Rest completely and release all the stresses of everyday life.

The two spacious bedrooms on the top floor are attractively furnished and feature 2 single boxspring beds, one of which has a private TV. The beds in the bedrooms have duvets. Bed linen rental is mandatory. There is also a camping bed, but you’ll need to bring your own linen for this bed.

The bathroom of the luxury villa is furnished with bathroom furniture, shower, bath, 2nd separate toilet and the Finnish sauna.

After such a wonderful day, it really feels like coming home at Waddenstaete villapark. The luxury villa has central heating, so you can warm up after a long day on Texel.

We’ve also thought of the little ones. A high chair, camping bed and a gate for the stairwell are provided to make the stay for them as safe and pleasant as possible.

If you want to enjoy the beautiful landscape outside, you can do this on the terrace overlooking the Texel meadows and stables. The terrace has garden furniture and an umbrella.

If you come with your own car, you can easily park it at the villa. There is a central car park for extra cars.

If you want to be connected to the internet, this villa is also an excellent choice. The villa is provided with its own Wi-Fi connection (80/80Mbps) and is free to use.
