The ground floor of the villa is spacious, with an area of 100 m². The entire ground floor features tile flooring and underfloor heating. You enter the luxury villa through the foyer, which includes a restroom. From there, you can easily walk into the cozy living room, equipped with a decorative gas fireplace, a digital Smart TV, a Sonos Beam, a Sonos One, a Blu-ray DVD/CD player, and a spacious 30 m² living veranda. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a grill oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, juicer, hand blender, and electric kettle.

The first bedroom is also located on the ground floor. This spacious bedroom is equipped with two single box-spring beds, a Smart TV, and a safe for storing your valuables. The adjoining bathroom is fully equipped with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, bathroom vanity, and hair dryer. The utility room, which contains a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner, is accessible from outside.

Enjoy the Finnish sauna on the first floor

On the upper floor, the villa’s luxury becomes even more apparent. After a wonderful day enjoying the Texel countryside, you can unwind in the two-person Finnish sauna. You’ll also find two spacious bedrooms on the top floor, each with two single box-spring beds, PVC flooring, and digital Smart TVs. The beds in the bedrooms are equipped with duvets, but renting linens is required. One of the two bedrooms has a balcony. The children’s room is furnished with a wooden crib. You’ll need to bring your own linens for this crib.

The villa’s second bathroom is located on the first floor. This bathroom is also fully equipped with a double steam shower, a second toilet, a bathroom vanity, and a hair dryer.

Weather permitting, you can also relax outdoors on one of the two terraces, one of which faces south. The terraces are furnished with garden furniture, two lounge chairs, and a parasol. All villas feature the same interior design and are equipped with central heating, underfloor heating, and a private fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection (100/100 Mbps); this wireless internet connection is free to use. The bedrooms are equipped with window screens. For the little ones, the villa provides a high chair, a crib, and a stair gate. The park features a small playground and a trampoline for the children.

Parking is convenient right at the villa itself, as each villa has its own parking space. If you’re arriving with more than two cars, you can park them in the central parking lot.
