This spacious, 6-person holiday home is fully equipped and features a lovely enclosed garden. It's located near the center of the seaside resort of De Koog, the forest, and the beach.

Upon entering the living room, you'll find a delightful living area with a sitting area with a smart TV and a dining area with a dining table for 6. The neat open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, and 3 different coffee machines.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower with rain shower head and a sink. Upstairs, you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms. There's also a bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower with rain shower head, a sink, and a toilet. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor.

From the living room, French doors open onto the terrace and garden. The garden is fully enclosed, and the terrace offers several relaxing areas. Garden furniture and a parasol are provided.

Two private parking spaces are available. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted. Children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee.

To make the accommodation sustainable, various sustainability measures have been implemented, such as a hybrid heat pump, water-saving showers, and furniture made from recycled scaffolding wood.
