Duynzoom 1 is a luxury vacation villa for 8 with its own Finnish sauna, a lovely sheltered garden and a brand new jacuzzi in the garden! Pets are allowed.

The living room is wonderfully light and features panoramic views through the full glass frontage that extends all the way to the ridge. The glass front can also be completely folded open so that you can optimally connect the living room with the garden. In the living room you will find a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating around the stylish wood-burning fireplace.

The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances and has been taken care of by a new generation of interior designers. Among other things, you will find a combi microwave, Quooker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a wine cooler. At the spacious dining table you can spend many hours dining together.

In the basement there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. In the master bedroom you will find a 4-person Finnish sauna, where you can fully relax. Also, this bedroom has a glass ceiling strip along its entire length; this is part of the floor of the living room.

Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, each with private bathroom with bathtub and/or shower.

Please note: The number of bedrooms to be used is tailored to the number of guests you are booking for. For example, if you come with 4 people, 2 bedrooms will be prepared for you (1 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs will be closed off). Would you like to use more bedrooms? Please contact us.

The large glass front in the living room opens onto the lovely sunny terrace with lounge set and outdoor fireplace, which is sheltered on your lot. Here you will also find a spacious dining table, two sunbeds and a barbecue. The spacious garden has undulations and level differences and due to sophisticated vegetation you have a lot of privacy.

The vacation villa has a laundry and drying room and parking for one car per villa.

A crib, high chair and stair gates are standard in the house and can be used free of charge.
