Duynzoom 4 is rightly one of the most popular vacation villas of Dutchen; here you will find a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor shower as well as a lovely outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen, for the optimal outdoor living feeling.

The modern living room is decorated by interior designers and features a panoramic view through the full glass front that extends all the way to the ridge. The glass front can also be completely folded open so that you can optimally connect the living room with the garden. In the spacious living room you will find an open kitchen with generous raised dining table/bar, good for many hours of dining. You can also relax here on the comfortable sofas by the flat-screen TV and enjoy a good glass of wine by the cozy wood-burning fireplace.

The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances; you will find a combi microwave, Quooker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a wine cooler, among others.

In the basement there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower. One of the bathrooms also has a spacious whirlpool bathtub. The master bedroom has a full-length glass ceiling strip; this is part of the living room floor. Furthermore, in the basement you will find a 4-person Finnish sauna, where you can fully relax.

Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and/or shower. All bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV.

Please note: The number of bedrooms to be used is tailored to the number of guests you are booking for. For example, if you come with 4 people, 2 bedrooms will be prepared for you (1 bedroom will be closed upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs). Would you like to use more bedrooms? Please contact us.

The large glass front in the living room opens onto a sheltered terrace with a large dining table. The spacious garden has several seating areas and terraces; warm up by the lovely outdoor fireplace or relax in the sun on the comfortable lounge sofas by the Jacuzzi. You will also find an outdoor shower, ideal when using the Jacuzzi or for cooling down on a hot sunny day. Around the outdoor kitchen you can enjoy a cozy barbecue evening together.
The spacious garden has undulations and level differences and through sophisticated vegetation you have a lot of privacy.

The vacation villa has a laundry and drying room and parking for one car per villa.

A crib, high chair and stair gates are standard in the house and can be used free of charge.
