Duinvilla Wellness 6 is a new, luxurious detached villa located on beautiful Texel.
Upon entering, you step into a spacious hall with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with open kitchen. The sand-colored kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances and includes an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven, and built-in refrigerator with freezer.
One of the bedrooms with a double bed* and direct access to the bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

A staircase in the hall leads to the first floor with two more bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is suitable for two people, with two single beds, while the other bedroom has a double bed.
Both bathrooms are stylishly finished, and the bathroom on the first floor has a semi-freestanding bathtub and infrared sauna.

The garden has a pergola and a hot tub, which is heated by the heat pump.
You can also enjoy cooking outside in the outdoor kitchen. There are two parking spaces at the vacation home.
If the outside temperature is below 10 degrees, it will take longer to heat up the hot tub.

*All beds in this villa are single beds. In the bedrooms with two beds, these are placed together to form a double bed.
