Island oasis... Kaap Zilt is located in the northern tip of Texel, near the pleasant village of De Cocksdorp. Wonderfully sheltered, on the edge of luxury holiday park Villapark Residentie Texel and De Krim. Kaap Zilt is guaranteed to enjoy and is equipped with all comforts! Slow down & cheer up.

Kaap Zilt is a spacious detached holiday home for maximum 6 persons, with a sea of light, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with wood stove and large sliding doors with a view of the dunes, terrace with fireplace on the South, open kitchen (small, but equipped with all comforts) and a spacious garden all around with trampoline and 2p hammock. There is parking space for 2 cars.

Kaap Zilt is detached and is located in one of the most beautiful spots, on the edge of the golf course with a beautiful view of the dunes on the South, with a spacious garden and terrace all around. The entrance is on a quiet (dead end) street.

Due to its location on the South: when it shines, you have sun all day. In the morning in the sun outside on the terrace, out of the wind, waking up with fresh coffee. Enjoy a nice BBQ in the evening while the sun slowly disappears behind the golf course.

All three bedrooms have 2 single beds with box spring and fine mattresses. Four-season duvets on the beds.

Moccamaster for the filter coffee lover, Bialetti for the Italian and a hand grinder for the pour-over barista. And of course a milk frother that makes skuumkoppe. Kamado Joe & Weber bbq, blender for delicious smoothies, fridge (2nd in storage room), small freezer, convection oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas stove. 46″ smart TV, Sonos sound, modern wood stove, games, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Restless from all the rest? Still checking your socials? Netflix in bed? Or follow an online yoga session? There is hi-speed Wifi throughout the house.

Outside: Outdoor fireplace, wood stock (normal use included), large trampoline (own risk), Fatboy 2p hammock, garden house with 2 Gazelle bicycles. There is parking space for two cars at Kaap Zilt. There are charging stations for electric cars in the center of the park.

Park De Krim: Kaap Zilt is located in one of the most beautiful spots of the luxury holiday park De Krim. The park includes a small Spar (fresh croissants), tropical swimming pool (entrance included), ATM, bowling, climbing park, kids club. Due to its unique location, it has all the benefits, but not the burden of a park. Golfclub De Texelse (18 holes) is a 5-minute walk away - beautifully situated in the dunes.

Sun, sea and beach: The North Sea beach is 'around the corner', 3 km west straight through the Texel Dunes National Park. Here you will find Paal 28, or a little further, the lighthouse (Noordpunt) and Paal 33 (with beach pavilion Kaap Noord). The Wadden ferry de Vriendschap is also located here for day trips to Vlieland or for a seal trip. The Wadden Sea is 2km away (de Cocksdorp).
