I am a private owner of a lovely detached vacation home on Texel. Our house has a personal character that we hope will make people feel comfortable and "at home".
We only rent our house directly to individuals and not through the park on which the house is located. This is because I like to have direct contact with the users of my house and in this way I can also pass on a price advantage to my tenants.
