Oerd is a 5 person vacation home.
The layout is as follows:
Downstairs: Large hall, room/kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower/sink and toilet.
Color LCD TV, radio, microwave, refrigerator + freezer, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, high chair/box.
First floor: landing, 3 bedrooms (2 large + 1 small) with 6 single beds.
Inclusive: energy costs and reservation costs € 25.00
Excluded: towels and tea towels, bed linen for hire obligatory € 10.00 and tourist tax
€ 2.10 p.p.p.n.
Prenatal crib + bed linen available.
Outside: 2 terraces front and rear with canopy for smokers and BB, large garden, view of the Wadden Sea, private parking.
Large log cabin with washer/dryer and place for your bikes.
Cleaning costs € 80.00
Cleaning fee with dog € 100
The house is located on the outskirts of the village Hollum. To the beach it is 10 minutes walk, to the center 3 minutes.
Pets allowed are charged € 25 per animal regardless of weekend/week/midweek.
Oerd is rented throughout the year.
