This modern furnished chalet with air conditioning offers everything for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Its location on the Loosdrecht lakes is fantastic. You are surrounded by water and there are plenty of opportunities to explore the watery environment. For example, you can hire a sloop, canoe or SUP to discover the lakes. There are plenty of mooring places in harbours and restaurants where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner on a terrace with a view of the water.

The chalet is new (2022) and nicely furnished. In the kitchen everything is available to prepare a nice breakfast or dinner. Of course it is hoped that the weather is good and you will spend much time outside. If not, it is also nice and cosy inside. With a view of the water and a good book or game you can perfectly relax. The living room is heated with air conditioning, and can also be cooled when it gets too hot. The other rooms have electric heating.

The water experience does not end outside of Loosdrecht. The Vinkeveense and Maarsseveensche Plassen are also very beautiful recreational areas. Of course, it is no less enjoyable from the water's edge. Take a bike or skate along the Vecht and pass beautiful country houses, castles and villages such as Loenen aan de Vecht. Breukelen is inviting and very centrally located in the Netherlands, so you can also be in Utrecht or Amsterdam in no time.

And after a day on the road you can relax on your private terrace by the water. There is a picnic bench/table and from 1 April to 31 October also adjustable garden chairs. If you are looking for peace and relaxation on, on and around the water, this is absolutely the right place.

You can bring your own boat and moor it at your accommodation (please reserve the slipway in advance). At the reception, you can also rent bikes and boats, get water sports equipment and, of course, get all the local tips about the area. You can park your car in the central area about 100 meters from your accommodation.

And if it has frozen here, then you have the ultimate environment for long iceskating tours on natural ice. In that case you can step from your chalet straight onto the ice, how wonderful is that!

This accommodation can only be booked for tourist purposes
COVID-19 Conditions:

- 2 weeks before arrival we assess the travel situation. If it appears that in the 2 weeks before arrival new measures will be taken, we will wait for the official announcement. We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment.

- We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.

- If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately.

- If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week.



So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply.



- For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge.

- Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge.

- Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You states (based on the information currently available) that it is possible for everyone to meet the requirements for travelling.



Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located.
