The chalet is completely built of wood and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen (built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/oven, new hob installed in 2022, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes). There is an outdoor area for the washing machine (bought in 2021) and the dryer. Two garden sheds, one with electricity, complete the facility. We have recently made the following changes: a new water heater installed in October 2022, new lighting, furniture and decoration, a fence and the purchase of several plants for the fence.

We plan to sell the property furnished.

The park is located near the Cap Fun Stoetenslagh complex.
