Vechtheuvel is situated in a quiet, slightly elevated spot surrounded by greenery, a short distance from the Vecht River. From this vantage point, you look out over the landscape of the Vecht Valley, where water, nature, and open space set the pace of the day. Here, you won’t be staying right on the water, but just above it, with a panoramic view, privacy, and the tranquility that defines this place.

Vechtheuvel accommodates four to six guests. The living area forms the central hub of the lodge. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into this space and is fitted with modern appliances. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet breakfast, cook together, or dine in style: the space is designed for relaxed togetherness.

Two comfortable bedrooms provide a quiet place to relax, while the living area is flexibly arranged. The designer sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests, making a longer stay with family or friends effortless.

The bathroom is modern and spacious, featuring a generous walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. Just like the rest of the lodge, the layout is practical and well-thought-out, ensuring comfort and ease of use are a given. 
The interior is light, serene, and timeless in design. Natural materials, soft colors, and high-quality finishes create a pleasant atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. Everything has been carefully chosen to combine comfort and simplicity.

The river is a short distance from the lodge and forms the heart of the area. From here, you can walk or cycle directly into the Vecht Valley, along winding paths, green banks, and peaceful vistas. Here, nothing is a must and everything is a choice. Nothing on your mind, everything around you.
