This beautiful very spacious house features 3 large bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. It is ideal for a family or with friends. This villa is wonderfully spacious and fully equipped. The living room has a sitting area, a reading corner with a view, a large dining table, open kitchen and TV. There are 3 lovely bright and spacious bedrooms where 8 adults have plenty of room. The garden offers a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the rural views
Cars can be parked in front. The garden offers a spacious terrace, a somewhat smaller terrace, and several seating areas in the large well-tended garden. A hobby of the owner. It is rural life here and dairy farming is still in full swing. You are in 'no time' at beautiful natural areas, such as Oud Avereest. In particular, the vast Wildenberg-Rabbinge forest and heathland area is perfect for walking and ideal for cycling.
