What a nice place and a beautiful holiday home! The owner has decorated this house with great care, giving it a luxurious feel. There is a garden with a large terrace, a barbecue, and culminating of course in your own hot tub! In the yard there is enough space for children to play outside and you might even see deer or pheasants passing by from the house. Because of its location, it really comes highly recommended for nature lovers!

Various places to visit in the region include Bad Bentheim in Germany, Oldenzaal and the town of Ootmarsum. There are also nature reserves Lutterzand and Springendal, where you can enjoy cycling, hiking or horse riding. The city centre, general facilities, restaurants, nightlife and public transport are 4 km away and the forest is 100 m away
