This large family villa with no fewer than 3 floors and 5 bedrooms is suitable for up to 12 people. Each bedroom has its own TV, and there are two bathrooms, one including a double whirlpool and sauna. And how about the living room with large corner sofa, large dining table and luxurious kitchen?

Ground floor

The ground floor of this villa is largely taken up by the spacious living room with corner sofa, a dining area with long dining table and a fully equipped corner kitchen. From the living area you can quickly reach the hall where two large stairs provide access to the other floors. There is also a separate toilet in the hall.

Basement

The stairs take you down to the basement with 3 spacious bedrooms and the large bathroom. This bathroom has a double whirlpool, a steam shower cabin, a Finnish sauna and sink with large mirror and a toilet. Moreover, in the basement is another seperate toilet.

First floor

Via the stairs you reach the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom with shower cabin, sink with large mirror and toilet. One of these bedrooms has an extra bed with a solarium. You will also find a wooden children's bed, stair gate and highchair. If you have chosen this, the beds will already be made upon arrival.
Because this villa does not have a bedroom or bathroom on the ground floor, it is less suitable for people with mobility problems.

Storage room

From the outside of the villa you also have access to your own storage room. This storage room offers space to store for example (electric) bicycles or a mobility scooter. Ideal to be able to charge these! The storage room also has a washing machine and dryer.
