This XL forest villa offers every luxury for a group up to 5 people. The house is very spacious and equipped with all kinds of luxury. The luxurious bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a 2-person bubble bath, steam shower cabin and TV.

Ground floor

The large hall provides access to the bedroom, living room/kitchen and a separate toilet. The spacious bedroom has electrically adjustable high/low beds and a TV. The first bathroom can be reached from this bedroom. This bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror and a toilet. From the hall you enter the spacious living room with luxurious open kitchen. The kitchen has an extensive kitchen inventory, including a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave and coffee maker.
The spacious seating area has two comfortable sofas and a comfortable recliner. In addition to the large LED flat-screen TV and DVD player, you will also find an audio system here. From the living room you step through the sliding doors to your sunny private terrace. The spacious terrace is equipped with luxurious, adjustable garden furniture and a parasol.

First floor

On the first floor is one spacious bedroom with anty-allery duvets, plenty of closet space, bedside reading lights, a clock radio and TV. All windows have insect screens and blackout curtains. Sleeping wonderfully is no problem at all on the Cinderella box spring beds. This bedroom also has an extra bed with solarium. You will also find a wooden children's bed, stair gate and high chair in this room. If you have chosen this, the beds will already be made upon arrival. In addition, on the first floor you will find the luxurious bathroom with a 2-person whirlpool bath, steam shower cabin, sink with large mirror and toilet.

Storage room

From the outside of the villa you also have access to your own storage room. This storage room offers space to store for example (electric) bicycles or a mobility scooter. Ideal to be able to charge these! The storage room also has a washing machine and dryer.
