This modern vacation home is centrally located on a spacious, fully fenced plot of 750 m² and can accommodate six people. You will stay in a detached house, built with a combination of wood and stone, located in a quiet, green area where privacy and comfort are paramount. Thanks to underfloor heating and air conditioning, it is pleasant to stay here in any season. The temperature in each room is controlled by air conditioning, so even on hot days it is nice and cool in the entire house, including the bedrooms. Outside you will enjoy a screened garden with hot tub, both an open and covered terrace. In summer, when you arrive, the whirlpool (under the canopy) is already filled for you and at temperature (about 38 degrees), so you can relax immediately. It is also enjoyable in winter: even at night temperatures down to -5 degrees the hot tub stays comfortably warm. It is an excellent destination for lovers of peace, nature and active relaxation. The village of Den Ham is situated on the edge of the Vechtdal and the Sallandse Heuvelrug, so you step from the house into the varied landscape. In the immediate vicinity you will find extensive forests, moors and sand drifts. The nature reserves of Eerde and Eerder Achterbroek are within walking distance (about 800 meters), and the Lemelerberg is also nearby, all places where you can wander for hours on winding paths. In addition, the nearby Regge is perfect for a relaxing canoe trip or a bike ride along the water.

The living room is located on the first floor. A smart TV with regular TV channels is available here. From the living room there is access to the open terrace. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a five-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, a large freezer, a combination microwave, an oven, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker and a dishwasher. There is also a high chair. The kitchen also has room for a comfortable dining area. On the first floor is a separate toilet, located in the hall. Furthermore, here is the first bathroom, equipped with a rain shower. On the first floor is one bedroom, adjacent to the bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with luxurious hotel-quality beds, which can be placed as double beds or as two single beds as desired. One bedroom has two separate single beds. On this floor there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub (whirlpool), shower, toilet and hairdryer. The vacation home has a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner. The first floor has underfloor heating, connected to a heat pump. The upper floor is heated by air conditioning, which is adjustable per room. The house is winter insulated and has underfloor heating and air conditioning. The garden is 750 m² and completely fenced with a fence one meter high. The garden with hot tub is private and offers both an open and covered terrace. Garden furniture is available. Three parking spaces are available on private property. The vacation home is easily accessible by public transportation; the bus stop is just 100 meters from the front door. The house is located on an N-road, which involves some traffic. For most guests this is not a nuisance and the location actually offers advantages in terms of accessibility by car. In addition, the bicycle path Den Ham-Ommen runs directly past the vacation home, offering an excellent opportunity to explore the surrounding nature.
