This beautifully rural five-person vacation home stands at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the owners' yard. Yet it offers you the necessary privacy, as it stands on a separate plot of about 1500m2. You also have your own terrace with beautiful views over the countryside. The delightful and energy-efficient vacation home is located about three kilometers from the beautiful and cozy village of Den Ham and borders the Eerder Achterbroek where there are many beautiful places to admire: (steep bank, Sahara and castle Eerde). There are also many walking and cycling routes in Den Ham and its surroundings. The Lemelerberg and the Sallandse Heuvelrug are also a must to explore and are a short distance from Den Ham. On the first floor is a separate toilet, a bathroom with heated floor, rain shower and sink. The living room is cozy and the open kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator and filter coffee maker. Through the terrace doors in the kitchen you can walk straight to your own terrace. Here is a large wooden table with six wicker chairs and a bbq. On the second floor are two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds (box spring) and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has three single beds (box spring). The bathroom on this floor has a heated floor, a rain shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small washing machine in the cottage.
