Landgoed De Vos is located between Deventer and Zwolle, near the IJssel river. This tiny house, made from sustainable, vapor-permeable materials, is located on the grounds of the estate. The house was built from scratch in late 2025/early 2026 but is furnished with all kinds of vintage furniture. From the house, you have an unobstructed view of the grounds, the forest, the cow pasture, and the orchard. The cottage consists of a kitchen with large French doors that open onto the outdoors. The adjoining terrace faces southwest. From the kitchen, there is access to the bathroom and adjoining bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A small, stylish staircase leads to the sleeping loft with two single beds, which can sleep two children aged eight or older. The bathroom is simple but practical. Bed linen and towels are included, and an initial supply of wood for a campfire is also provided. You can purchase additional wood if required.
