This 4 person apartment is located in Nieuw Heeten. This is a village at the foot of National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. This nature reserve is known for one of the largest contiguous dry heathlands in Europe. You can enjoy yourself here in the woods and on the moors. There are several hiking and cycling routes in the area. The Hanseatic city of Deventer is about a 20-minute drive from the vacation home. This Hanseatic city lies on the river IJssel and there are still several historical features visible of the city. Here you can store in one of the boutiques or enjoy a terrace. For a relaxing day you can go to Thermen Bussloo or the Veluwse Bron.

The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a dining table, Philips HUE lighting, television, a cozy wood stove and air conditioning. The kitchen has a natural stone countertop and includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, an oven/grill, kettle and a Nespresso. Both bedrooms have a double box-spring bed of 1.60 x 2.00 meters, air conditioning and a small closet. The bathroom has floor heating, a large walk-in shower, toilet and a double sink. Outside you have a furnished terrace, barbecue and a hot tub. In the owner's garden there is an 8 corner construction pool, you can use this from mid-June to the end of August.
