Beautiful Cane Cutter cottage with trampoline and terrace on the Bovenwijde in Giethoorn

This idyllic cottage is an old reed-cutter's house and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. Crossing from the street side with a small bridge, you walk along a deck path between the reeds to arrive at this beautiful vacation home hidden in the middle of nature overlooking the water the Bovenwijde of Giethoorn. Giethoorn is also known as the "Dutch Venice" and is located in the lake district of the Kop van Overijssel. From here you can explore the nature reserve De Wieden and the National Park De Weeribben. You can enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing and electric whisper boat rides here. The canals of Giethoorn with their characteristic bridges and thatched farmhouses standing on either side ensure that you never forget Giethoorn.

This vacation home features a tastefully furnished living room and includes a sitting area with gas stove, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped including an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, combination microwave and freezer. This house has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed, a queen and a single bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
