The vacation park is located directly behind the dunes about 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The park has several small playgrounds for children and a tennis court. Because the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are so elongated, you can reach the beach via a beautiful cycling and walking path through the dunes. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is just a few minutes' walk from the vacation park in Sint Maartenszee, as are several restaurants, trunk markets and braderieën in the summer.

The sitting area is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa, two chairs, a coffee table and a TV, with both German and Dutch channels. You will also find here both a CD player and a radio, as well as some books and magazines. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and the dining table offers space for 6 people. The open kitchen is equipped with many amenities such as a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and both a filter coffee machine and a Senseo. In Duinland 181 there are 3 bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed (80x210cm). Through this bedroom you can access a smaller bedroom, which has a bunk bed (90x200cm). A 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (80x200cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The spacious garden of the bungalow can be reached through the dining room. This is equipped with a terrace with picnic table, and other garden furniture such as deck chairs, a wagon, parasol and a BBQ.
