The vacation home features 4 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and 2 spacious bathrooms, each with a bathtub, double sink, and separate shower. Both a bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, making the villa extremely user-friendly. The home also has 2 additional sofa beds or extra beds. 

The vacation home sits on a spacious 400 m² lot and features a deep, sun-facing garden with a spacious terrace and evening lighting. Additionally, the property includes a washing machine, ample parking on-site, underfloor heating, and air conditioning.
