At 500 meters from the North Sea beach stands this beautiful, fully furnished six person vacation bungalow in Julianadorp aan Zee. The vacation bungalow is modernly furnished and is fully equipped. Through good insulation and the use of solar panels this house is energy neutral. You will relax in the garden which is located on the south.

This bungalow was newly built in 2018/2019. The bungalow has a spacious living room with television, satellite TV receiver and a stereo set. In the fully equipped kitchen you have access to induction hobs, microwave, Senseo, oven and a dishwasher. In the vacation bungalow there are three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and television and two bedrooms with two single beds. In the bathroom there is a double sink, a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate second toilet in the bungalow. A camp bed and a high chair are also available. The washing machine is in a separate room. The house has central heating by means of a heat pump. The good insulation and double glazing makes it very comfortable even in winter. With the large amount of solar panels on the roof we try to be energy neutral in a comfortable way to accommodate our guests. The detached bungalow (99m2) stands on a plot of over 350m2 and is surrounded by a garden with a south-facing terrace, a windbreak, a barbecue and garden furniture. For the children there are also several playgrounds and soccer fields in the park. Here they will quickly make friends! On the driveway next to the bungalow is ample parking.
