Looking for a wonderful family vacation home in the Netherlands? Sandepark 113 is a new and modernly furnished vacation home on a lot of approximately 400 m². The house is quietly situated on the outskirts of Sandepark in Groote Keeten, about 600 m from the beautiful beach. 

The detached beach villa is furnished for up to 8 people and is a dream destination for families and beach lovers! The living room features modern decor with a spacious seating area and a flat-screen TV.

To really embrace the outdoor atmosphere, the house features French doors opening onto the garden and the surrounding terrace, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. There is a lovely, large dining table where you can all enjoy a meal together. 

On the ground floor, you’ll also find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The first floor is accessible via the stairs. On this floor, you’ll find the other 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The beds are made for you, and towels are provided. 

The beautiful, sunny terrace features a garden set for 8 people and 4 lounge chairs. Here you can enjoy a good book in peace or have a nice breakfast together with your group. There is also a washing machine and a wagon available. Parking is on-site.
