The penthouse also boasts a delightful wellness area in the form of a luxurious Finnish sauna. The penthouse is literally located at the foot of the dunes and can accommodate 8 people. 

You step directly into your accommodation from the elevator. The spacious penthouse is luxuriously furnished with a spacious living area, two sitting areas, and a lovely dining table in the center of the room. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped. From both balconies, you have a sublime view of the beautiful polder landscape and the stunning dunes of Groote Keeten! 

The penthouse features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, including a bathtub and sauna, both directly accessible from a bedroom. There is also a guest toilet in the penthouse. 

The utility closet contains a washer and dryer. You have access to both a garage and a private parking space at the complex. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
