Looking for a wonderful family vacation home in the Netherlands? Sandepark 118 is a charmingly decorated vacation home on a lot of approximately 400 m². The house is quietly situated in Sandepark in Groote Keeten, about 600 meters from the beautiful beach. 

The detached beach villa is equipped for up to 8 people and is a dream destination for families and beach lovers! The living room features modern furnishings, a spacious seating area, and a flat-screen TV.

To really embrace the outdoor atmosphere, the house features a veranda and French doors opening onto the garden and the surrounding terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. There is a lovely, large dining table where you can all enjoy a cozy meal together. 

On the ground floor, you’ll also find two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets. The first floor is accessible via the stairs. On this floor, you’ll find the other two bedrooms.

The beautiful, sunny terrace is partially covered and features several seating areas with garden furniture. It’s easy to get into the vacation spirit when you see the lovely, large garden with two lounge chairs! Also provided: a washing machine, dryer, and wagon. Parking is available on the property. A maximum of one dog is allowed.
