Looking for a wonderful family vacation home in the Netherlands? Sandepark 151, also known as "Villa Matisse," is a stylishly furnished vacation home on a lot of approximately 600 m². The house is quietly situated on the edge of Sandepark in Groote Keeten, about 1 km from the beautiful beach. 

The detached beach villa is comfortably furnished for up to 8 people and is ideal for large families with children. The large, cozy garden is fully fenced and offers plenty of privacy. The living room features modern furnishings, including a spacious seating area with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV.

To really embrace the outdoor atmosphere, the house features French doors on two sides of the living room leading to the garden and the surrounding terrace, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is a lovely, large dining table where you can all enjoy a meal together. 

On the ground floor, you’ll also find 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a nice shower. In the hallway, there’s a second toilet. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating. The first floor is accessible via a fairly steep staircase. On this floor, you’ll find the other 2 bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, there’s a stair gate. 

The beautiful, sunny terrace is partially covered and features several seating areas with garden furniture. It’s easy to get into the vacation spirit when you see the lovely, large garden with four lounge chairs! Villa Matisse is a vacation home with a fenced-in garden designed specifically for dogs and children. Up to two dogs are allowed here. Also available: a washing machine, a crib, a high chair, and a wagon. Parking is available on the property.
