The four-person holiday home has a lovely wood-burning stove and is located in the dune area in Egmond-Binnen. There are various cycling and walking routes in this beautiful area through the North Holland Dune Reserve. The village itself is known for its beautiful abbey and in the village you will find, among other things, a supermarket and a restaurant. Nearby is the town of Alkmaar with a historic town center full of canals and of course the famous cheese market. Here you will also find various stores, restaurants and terraces. From the house you are within 10 minutes on the beach in Egmond aan Zee.

The living room has a lovely sitting area with a wood-burning stove. There is no television so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The kitchen includes an induction stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso. In the hall is the toilet.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In the bathroom there is a shower and a sink.

In the garden there is a furnished terrace and an outdoor shower. There is parking for one car at the vacation home.
