Attractive 4 person vacation home with spacious garden, located on a small park in Egmond

Welcome in Egmond! Located 4.5 km from the beach in North Holland you will find this cozy four-person holiday home equipped with a sunny garden with trampoline. This vacation home is located on the small-scale vacation park Duyncroft, a park with lots of greenery, equipped with a large playing field for children. The location of the park, between Egmond aan Zee and the artist village of Bergen, makes the location top! The town of Bergen aan Zee is also nearby: see the beautiful villas and enjoy the lovely beaches. From the park you can walk straight into the North Holland Dune Reserve. Dunes, beach and relief; nature and hiking lovers can indulge themselves here.

The living room has a sitting area with smart TV and a dining area. This space is in open connection with the corner kitchen which is fully equipped. This includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee maker. There are two bedrooms in the house: one bedroom has a double bed (140m wide), the other has a single bed with a single high sleeper above it. A crib, baby bath and high chair are available in the vacation home. The bathroom has a bathtub-shower combination, a toilet and a sink. The sliding doors in the living room give access to the large garden which has a terrace with several seating areas and lots of greenery. In the garden there is also a trampoline and swing, sports enthusiasts can hang a boxing bag. The barn is equipped with an extra refrigerator with freezer compartment and a washer-dryer. Here, in addition to a barbecue and seat cushions, there are umbrellas, beach chairs and toys to take to the beach. There is free parking at the park.
