The 150 exclusive detached farmhouse villa’s with authentic shutters and thatched roofs are situated between the nature reserves Zwanenwater, Kooibosch and Abbestee about 1 kilometer from the center of the cozy Callantsoog and the beautiful sandy beach. In the middle of the park lies, on a private island, a beautiful children's playground with pirate ship, soccer field and fun play equipment.
Villa Buitenplaats 27 is very tastefully and modernly furnished with a large kitchen and spacious bathroom. The villa is suitable for 5 persons and is furnished as follows: cozy living room with spacious sofa and armchair, digital TV. The garden doors lead to the terrace and the lovely garden with terrace on the water. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo and microwave. Here is also the large dining area. On the second floor are the master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The fine bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, bathtub sink and toilet. A second toilet is down the hall. The washing machine and dryer are in the storeroom. This house has a beautiful garden overlooking the water.
