Group accommodation for 18 people

With a group room and children’s playroom

The Zuidwester Family House is divided into a front and back section. At the back is a large group room where you can all enjoy a delicious dinner, play fun games, or relax and watch TV. This room features two box beds, each sleeping two people. The children can play to their heart’s content in the ball pit, which has a crawl space above it. Adjacent to this is the children’s bedroom with three children’s beds.

Rural atmosphere and cozy charm
At the front of the house is a spacious living room with various seating areas. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy. The living room also features a working fireplace. There is a dining area for 8 people, which adjoins the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and 5-burner stove. A complete set of glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans is available for over 18 people. 

From the kitchen, you enter the hallway with a toilet and stairs leading to the other floors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds. There is a bathroom with a shower stall and toilet.

Whirlpool
On the second floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Here is the largest bathroom with a whirlpool. The third bathroom is on the ground floor.

The house is surrounded by a garden and terrace. Garden furniture is available throughout. From the common area, you can access the west-facing terrace through the large sliding door. This area enjoys sunlight all day long. This section of the terrace is fenced and enclosed.

Zuidwester is the ideal group accommodation for a stay with your entire family or group of friends. Behind the house is our Duynpark. As a guest of Zon Zee Strand, you are of course also welcome to use all the facilities there, including the playgrounds for the children.

PLEASE NOTE: Groups under the age of 25 are NOT permitted in this vacation home. We require a security deposit for your stay to cover any potential damages.
