The villa is tastefully decorated and features a spacious living room with a sofa and two armchairs arranged around the decorative fireplace. The luxurious Old Dutch-style kitchen is fully equipped and features a cozy dining table. The home is extremely child-friendly thanks to the presence of a stair gate, a high chair, and a fenced-in garden.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with a total of five beds. The bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a shower stall, bathtub, sink, and toilet. In the downstairs hallway, there is a second toilet, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. 

Through the French doors in the living room, you enter the beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces, including a cozy sunken seating area and a built-in barbecue. From the garden, you have a view of the dunes of Callantsoog and the vast bulb fields in the surrounding area.
