Vacation home De Groote Kaap, a fantastic group accommodation for up to 22 people. With the dunes as its backyard, the property is truly situated in a prime location! You can’t get much closer to the beach. 
Inside the house, there’s plenty of entertainment for all ages. From video games to billiards, table tennis to a cozy card table—there’s something for everyone.

A unique accommodation for stays with family, multiple families, or friends. It is also ideal for a business meeting with an overnight stay.
 
The main house is equipped for 18 people and the annex for four people. The spacious living room in the main house is cozy and comfortable. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of room to cook together while enjoying a drink at the bar area. The dining table provides ample space for everyone to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner together. The same goes for the garden, which features a long table for dining outdoors.

This accommodation features spacious bedrooms, most of which have their own bathroom. An absolute luxury! One of the bathrooms (ground floor) has been adapted for guests with limited mobility. In total, there are 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. 
 
The annex is the absolute highlight of this accommodation. Here you’ll find entertainment for everyone. Whether it’s gaming, billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts, or a friendly game of cards, there’s fun for all ages and everyone. It’s a great spot where children can play together or where the group can split up in the evening. There is plenty of space and many options to suit every need. Thanks to the kitchen in the annex, you can also enjoy a cozy snack and a drink! 

All in all, this is an accommodation where you can have a fantastic time as a group. Book quickly, as the accommodation is often booked well in advance.
