Perfect for multiple families

A spacious, detached, and renovated farmhouse—that’s our Landzicht group accommodation in the charming coastal village of Callantsoog. The property is situated on a quiet road and offers spectacular (!) views of the Zwanenwater nature reserve and the North Holland dunes. The cozy village square, the beach, and our restaurant WOEST are all within walking distance. 

In 2018, the farmhouse was completely refurbished and renovated. The roof has been fitted with new thatch and a large row of windows, giving you spectacular views of nature, the dunes, and the village from the second floor. If you look closely, you can even see the sea. Comfortable lounge sofas have been placed here so you can enjoy the view endlessly. On the first floor, there is a large dining table where the entire group can sit, including a kitchenette. And various cozy seating areas where you can curl up.

This luxurious farmhouse features four apartments. The apartments are connected to each other via the central section of the farmhouse. Here, we’ve created a cozy group area with a bar and various seating nooks. This is the perfect spot for everyone to gather. Meet up in the morning before heading to the beach. Enjoy drinks in the afternoon. Or play games in the evening. The farmhouse also features a very cozy covered fire pit with a wood-burning stove—perfect for gathering around the fire for drinks.

All apartments feature their own living room, complete with a sofa, armchairs, and a television. Each has a spacious kitchen with a full set of utensils, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, and, of course, a dining table with plenty of chairs. This means you have access to four kitchens. There are a total of 6 bathrooms available for your use. Each is equipped with a sink, mirror, spacious shower, and toilet. And, of course, there are enough bedrooms for everyone.

Vossehoeck I - 2 bedrooms; 1 double bed and 1 set of twin beds
Vossehoeck 2 - 3 bedrooms; 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 box bed
Vossehoeck 3 - 3 bedrooms; 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed
Vossehoeck 4 - 2 bedrooms; 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed

Landzicht is the ideal group accommodation for a stay with your entire family or a group of friends consisting of multiple families. Everyone has their own space, and we have various group areas for getting together. Behind the farmhouse is our Duynpark. As a guest of Zon Zee Strand, you can of course also use all the facilities there. The children can run around on the playgrounds. 

PLEASE NOTE: Groups under the age of 25 are NOT permitted in this vacation home. We require a security deposit for your stay to cover any potential damages.
