It is located on a plot of 600 m2 on the beautiful Sandepark in Groote Keeten, a very short distance from the beach. The detached vacation home by the sea is ideal for large families or several families. The layout is as follows: entrance hall with toilet and stairs to the 1st floor. The large, bright living/dining room is furnished with a spacious seating area and lovely, large dining table for 10 people. There is a flat-screen television with digital reception and, of course, free Wi-Fi. The spacious, luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, large induction hob, kettle, coffee maker and Senseo. On the first floor there is also a large bedroom, with a double box-spring bed (180x200cm) and bathroom with toilet. In the separate utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds (90x200cm) and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other with a shower and bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms on the 1st floor of Sandepark 171. On this floor you will also find a separate toilet room. The stairs upstairs are equipped with a stair gate.
