We, the Prinsen family, have been building this magical place in the yard of the old farmhouse for 2 years. From July 2023, the brand new wooden house is available for those who love peace, space and nature, and yet within 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, the friendliness and amenities of Callantsoog.
Surrounded by a beautiful spacious sunny garden you look from the terrace over the fields to the nature reserve Kooibosch. The spacious living room has a wood stove and a rustic fully equipped kitchen from which the bedroom and neat bathroom can be reached. The staircase leads to the cozy attic (1.75m height) where the second bedroom is located. The house is completely energy neutral through solar panels combined with heat pump heating system. RENTAL IN HIGH SEASON ONLY FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY.
