This vacation home is located in a typical North Holland landscape and is one of the first buildings of the municipality of Zijpe. The partially covered, spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the large garden with pond and the surrounding North Holland countryside. The great outdoor space is a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Just 5 km away is Petten, where you can enjoy sun, sea and beach. The area is ideal for lovers of hiking and cycling. Also visit the nearby towns of Groet and Schoorl. Fancy an active experience? Mountain biking in the Schoorl dunes is an absolute must!

The bright living room is generously furnished with two comfortable sofas and a television. The kitchen has a dining table with chairs, dishwasher, refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker. There are six bedrooms in the house, three of which are on the first floor. The layout of these bedrooms is as follows: one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds and one room with a bunk bed. The other three bedrooms are upstairs, here you will find a room with a double bed and a cot, a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds (and an additional crib). The house has two bathrooms: a bathroom with bathtub, sink and walk-in shower on the first floor, and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cabin on the first floor. There is also a separate toilet in the house and a washing machine at your disposal in the hall. The sliding doors in the living room give access to the outdoor area, where you will find a spacious terrace with garden furniture. The garden has a large lawn with a pond and playground equipment. On the grounds of the house there is parking for four cars.
