To reach the flat, you walk up a small staircase of 5 steps. The space is completely open, with no door between the bedroom and living room, creating a cosy and intimate atmosphere. Ideal for a relaxing stay, with all amenities at your fingertips and a warm, personal touch

The holiday home is beautifully rural on the edge of the polder, where you can enjoy peace and quiet and wide views. At the same time, the charming centre of Bergen is within walking distance, with cosy terraces, boutiques and art galleries. You can cycle to the beach in no time and get a breath of fresh air. Bergen is known for its artists' village and annual art market. In the surrounding area, you can take beautiful walking and cycling trips through the dunes and forests, or explore historic villages and the city of Alkmaar

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
